Korean Anchovy bean sprouts noodles recipe 멸치콩나물국수
Korean wheat noodles (for one servings) 소면 1 인분
anchovy dasima pack (broth) 멸치 다시마 팩
1 handful of Bean sprouts 콩나물 1 줌
1/2 tbsp of Korean soup soy sauce 국간장 1/2 큰술 gukganjang (or salt if gukganjang is not available)
3 to 4 cups of water 물 4 컵
FOR TOPPINGS:
1/2 cup of kimchi (cut in small pieces) 김치 1/2 컵
1 boiled egg 삶은 달걀
some sesame seeds 참깨
PROCEDURE:

In a pot with 3 to 4 cups of water add the anchovy dasima (kelp)
and leave it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add the bean sprouts and leave for 5 minutes
In a boiling water add the noodles and leave it for 4 minutes
after 5 minutes add the korean soup soysauce (gukganjang) and leave it for 3 more minutes. and it's done
And the noodles done also after 4 minutes
wash it with cold water.
In a bowl add the noodles, the boiled sprout soup
add the toppings kimchi egg and some sesame seeds and it's done
so easy to prepare
