MANONG'S SWEET AND SPICY FISH BALL SAUCE DIPPING: KWEK-KWEK, KIKIAM, SQUID BALLS INGREDIENTS : 1/4 of ONION (chopped) 1 green and red CHILI PEPPER 1 tbsp of minced GARLIC 1 tbsp of FLOUR 1 tbsp of CORNSTARCH (dissolve in 1 tbsp of water) 2 tbsp of SOY SAUCE 3 tbsp of brown SUGAR 1 tsp of SALT 1 tsp of VINEGAR 1 1/2 cup of WATER some BLACK PEPPER POWDER PROCEDURE : Hello everyone today we will make delicious sweet and spicy fish ball sauce but this dipping sauce it's not just for fish ball, you can also dip kwek-kwek, kikiam or squid balls. so let's begin In a medium heat pot add all the ingredients water, soy sauce, minced garlic, chop onions, sugar, flour, chili pepper Add also the cornstarch (dissolve it in one tbsp of water) salt, some black pepper powder and vinegar mix continuously for about 5 to 6 minutes after 5 to 6 minutes it's done. let it cool I hope you ENJOY this easy recipe that all for now see you next time.  bye

HOMEMADE FILIPINO FISH BALLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 400 g of ALASKA POLLACK FILLET 1 EGG 1 ONION 1 tsp of minced GINGER 2 1/4 of FLOUR 2 tbsp of BAKING POWDER 2 tbsp of CORNSTARCH (dissolve in 2 tbsp of water) 2 tbsp of SUGAR 1 tbsp of minced GARLIC 1 tsp of SALT 1 tsp of OYSTER SAUCE some BLACK PEPPER POWDER some COOKING OIL PROCEDURE: first grind the onion and ginger Then wash the fillet (fish), squeeze well and grind also. In a bowl add ALL THE INGREDIENTS: minced onion, ginger, grind fish fillet, flour, baking powder, sugar, black pepper powder,minced garlic egg, (If you want color white fish balls just add the egg white) only. cornstarch (dissolved IT IN 2 TBSP OF WATER),  THEN salt and oyster sauce I added more flour (2 1/4 cup all in all) USING THE POWDER MEASUREMENT COVER and put it in the fridge for about one hour After one hour in a cooking paper spread some cooking oil add some oil in your both hands and start to make balls In a boiling water add balls one by one and leave it for about 10 minutes.
